This morning, as Elle was putting her shoes on, Wade and I were explaining to her that we need to go to the store to buy her some new sneakers this weekend. She of course asked 'why?'. And we told her that she needed new sneakers to help her run really fast. After a few more 'whys?' she starts running around the house and says "Well, these (crocs)can help me run fast in the house!" Then she stops at the back door, gets into superhero position runs full speed across the room to the front door, turns around and says "See!"
Me & Wade just looked at each other and laughed. Finally, we all agreed that if she could run that fast in the crocs, then imagine how fast she will be able to run in her new sneakers.
