Pothole

Sometimes we are cruising through life in the Hughes house. Everyone is happy and getting along, no arguments over little things, things are going well at work, Elle is having a blast at daycare, I am feeling pretty organized and keeping up with the household, Magoo is being walked, fed and catching his ball at night. Life is good. And then, we hit the pothole. It happens every few months for us, and when it happens, we all get a little bounced around and need a good week to get our groove back.
But this week, is no pothole. This is a sink hole, that is swallowing us up. Wade and I are both super busy at work during the day and bringing work home at night. Elle is having a bum week, just really crabby and unreasonable at night which is making Wade and I even more exhausted. And poor Magoo is grumpy because he is stuck in the house all day.


Sigh, sigh, sigh.
