Summer Challenge and Reward

It is almost the middle of July and we still have not used our central air, Mother Nature has given us the gift of low humidity this summer and we are taking full advantage of this mysterious phenomenon by keeping our AC off. I am trying to convince Wade that we can go the whole summer without it. A little silent protest to the electric company since they keep raising our bill! No promises...it stays hot until October in these parts, so we are not out of the woods yet.

As a reward to ourselves, we hired a landscaper to cut our grass every two weeks. Hooray! One less thing to eat up our weekend hours!
