My mom once told me that once July 4th comes, the summer flies by. Which seems weird because the 4th of July is pretty much the beginning of the summer. But just like everything else, she is right.
Monday is July 20th already! I was just checking on my list of things to do this summer and I have a lot of ground to cover in the next 6 weeks before Labor Day. I have a few books that I really want to finish reading and we still have not made friendship bracelets and I have not had any pie since Memorial Day. The good news is that we have already had lots of perfect, sunny days at the Healey's pool and we went to ocean and saw some fireworks.
I think we will do some arts and crafts outside tomorrow, after we take Magoo to the vet and get some yard work done and maybe go to the park.
We need some good family fun this weekend to get us out of our pothole, so tonight we had some take out- so no one had to cook or clean- watched Nemo, and played a round of Dora Memory game.
