It is Indian Summer in April...almost 90 degrees on Sunday. So we moved the birthday weekend celebration south to the Healey's house since they opened up their pool last week. We spent the day in the sun swimming and playing outside. The pool was freezing which did not stop the kids or Magoo from going in. Elle kept jumping in and quickly getting out. She was shivering but she loved it.
This is our "transition weekend" according to Sean, we spend most weekends during the fall and winter months up at our house and as soon as the weather turns we start spending our weekends at the Healey's house hanging out by the pool.
I feel lucky that I live close enough to my twin to spend so much time with her. A while ago we lived in different states and that just did not work. And someday we will live right next door to each other...well, if she and I had our way. Recently my mom jokingly asked us how many times a day we talk to each other. We just laughed.
