Saturday we went to Hershey Park, Elle's first trip to an amusement park. She loved it, she was fascinated by the roller coasters. She went on 7 different rides and I am happy to report that Wade finally has his roller coaster partner. Shew! I hate roller coasters, I am afraid of heights and a few years ago I saw a disturbing episode of CSI that involved a roller coaster. But I always felt bad that Wade didn't have a partner to go on rides with, and now he does! She even went on some of the rides just her and Aidan. Clare feels the same about rides as I do, so she sat most of the rides out.
When we got home, we had a cookout with burgers and crabs and birthday cake for Erin and I.
That night when I was putting Elle to bed, I was asking her about the day and I asked what her favorite ride was. She said "Ummm, the dinosaurs". That was the first ride she went on with Aidan.
We had so much fun, I loved seeing her face when she was on the rides. We are already planning our next trip.
