Wade always gets me flowers for our anniversary, and usually my birthday too. To me, getting flowers is old-fashioned, romantic, sweet and I love it. But this year he came in the door with a bunch of roses for me and a bunch of purple spider mums for Ellie. She was so happy, she could not believe they were for her. She helped put them in a vase and we put them on her dresser.
