For three years we have dodged Pink Eye and yesterday, it finally got us! When I picked Elle up yesterday, she ran up to me and both eyes were swollen and oozing some nasty looking stuff. Not good.
Today we are home nursing these sticky little eyes back to health. And no, I do not have her tied to a chair so she can't touch anything or anyone. I am trying my best to be a good mom and let go of my fears, but trust me, I am washing my hands a lot.
Wade and I were talking earlier and wondering if Magoo could get pink eye too and she said "no, he doesn't have pink eye- he has blue eye. Girls get pink eye and boys get blue eye." Makes sense to me.
