Christmas Week

Its here, its here, its finally here! Christmas week, the best week of the whole year. Monday Ellie and I went to work/Mimi's a little later than usual and when we arrived, we gave out Christmas presents to all her little friends. A jar of Reindeer Food that we made together last weekend, some red and green Swedish Fish and a gingerbread man cookie. I thought the Reindeer food was a fun little gift, I wish I had made it for all the kids we know, but I didn't buy enough jars. Oh well, something for next year. Ellie has been asking since we made it if she can put it outside for Rudolph.
Last night I finally wrapped my last two presents and got some stuff together for our trip and then I went to put Ellie to bed and fell asleep for the night at 9:15. (which has been happening a lot lately) So that means if we are leaving for NY tomorrow night, I have a million things to do tonight. Ahhh!
Magoo is definitely on to us. He knows we are leaving and I'm pretty sure he knows he is going to be left behind. (sad) He has been pacing around the house, hardly eating and snuggling extra close to me at night. At least he will have Saddie to keep him company. Please, please let it be true that dogs have no sense of time.
