Last week I sent out our Christmas cards. I am getting a lot of flak from the sisters about sending them out so early...jealousy is ugly girls! Just kidding, they forget I have one kid where they all have multi.
Anyway, I just got a message on my phone from my Aunt Joan who received our Christmas card and wanted to call to thank me and say Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. She said " I don't send Christmas cards anymore, so I wanted to be sure I called you."
It made my day!
I have a huge family, who all pretty much live in the same town and while I love our quiet little life here in Maryland, sometimes I miss seeing all of my extended family.
Aunt Joan is my grandpa Pamps (my Dad's dad) older sister. She is the mother of 10 children and the sweetest lady. She calls Erin and I "twinnie" when she sees us. I think its because she still can't tell us apart, but I think its adorable.
