So many fun things happened today...
Everyone slept past 8am. Elle and I made some cookies (which are almost gone now). The Healeys came over for an afternoon visit. Wade and Sean kept the kids while Erin and I went to a Holiday Gift Open House where we got some adorable handmade Christmas gifts. So much fun to have a few hours of shopping and cracking up with my crazy twin. We watched Frosty and Twas the Night Before Christmas (the one with the mice- I can remember the first time I saw that movie when I was a little kid. We were at the Hellers house, a family we grew up with. And I loved it, still do.) Wade made us some chili for dinner. And now he is putting Elle to bed while I am in the basement watching Chitti Chitti Bang Bang- yes, I really am an old movie geek.
