Tar Beach

Today we hung out at Tar Beach...which for anyone who does not know, is filling up the baby pool and hanging on the rooftop. But since we don't live in Queens and we have a yard, that's where we set up ours. We set up in the front yard since that's where we get sun and played in the pool and with the hose for a few hours while Wade worked on the house. Me and the sisters used to set up Tar Beach all the time at my parents house. Looking back, I have no idea why. I mean my parents belong to a pool and we grew up 20 minutes from the ocean. These days I would slay a dragon to have a sunny back yard, much less live 20 minutes from the beach...hmmmmm.
