Today my little Elle had a stomach bug so we had to stay home. So sad to see a little kid sick to their stomach. Around 10 am we got a knock on the door from the water company informing us that our water would be turned off for a few hours. (It was turned back on at 7 pm)
I probably wash my hands 50 times a day, no joke. So today was a big day for me trying to overcome my grossophobia of not being able to wash my hands as often as I want. Needless to say, I have been making up for lost time since the water came back on and I now know just how happy I am to live in a place that has running water.
On a side note- what happened to all the shows that used to be on when we were kids and stayed home for a sick day...I Dream of Jeannie, I Love Lucy, Bewitched? Now the only thing that's on is stupid talk shows.
