Last night we went to meet Nana for dinner, she is in Baltimore this week for a convention. We met her at the Inner Harbor and went to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. We got to sit outside which was Elle's favorite part since she got up from the table about 700 times to go see the boats. While we were sitting there Wade opened my bag to grab a diaper only to find that we had no diapers with us...NO diapers! Unbelievable- what the heck was I thinking? We have a two year old and no diapers! So Wade ran across the street to a shop inside one of the hotels and bought a pack of 12 diapers for $10, these things are plastic with scotch tape tabs , no joke.
Oh well, they did the trick and tonight I am packing a diaper bag to keep by the front door so it is ready to go for nights like these. Really, I am not a complete moron, I do keep a ready-to-go diaper bag in my car, but last night we had Wade's car.
I think they might take my Mom card away soon if I don't get my act together.
