Since Valentines Day is tomorrow, some people in the office are celebrating a day early with lots of sweets. And even though I do not work in the same department, everyone knows how much I like sweets so my pal invited me. Someone brought in vanilla cupcakes and someone brought in chocolate cupcakes. I didn't want to discriminate, so I took one of each...for breakfast. I did buy oatmeal at the store this morning with the full intention of starting the day off right, but who can say no to cupcakes with pink icing?
Right now I am having a taste test- vanilla vs. chocolate. So far the chocolate has better cake, but the vanilla has way more icing. It might be a tie.
Elle is going to a Valentines party today too, at Mimi's neighbor's house. She wore her silver sparkly shoes and a heart shirt for the occasion. And we brought frosted doughnuts and Dora valentines for all the kids.
