On Saturday night Elle woke up in the middle of the night and since she has her own big bed in her room, usually one of us will go in and lay with her until she falls asleep or until we fall asleep in there. But on the weekends we usually just bring her into our bed. Yeah, I know every book and doctor says not to do it. But if you have never woken up with your kid in your bed, sneak in their room tonight and scoop them up and snuggle them in the middle of you and your husband. Its the best!
Sunday morning she rolled over and laid her head on my pillow and said "Wake up Mommy" then she rolled over to Wade's side and snuggled on him and said "Wake up Daddy".
Elle got a bunch of coloring books and art supplies and playdough for Christmas and she loves them. So pretty much every day since Christmas, we sit at the dining room table and turn on her new Dora music and sit and color and listen to the music, and sometimes we dance (well, try to) she has her parent's rhythm.
She is the most awesome little pal, I love hanging out with her!
