On Wednesday, I went with Ellie on her school field trip. We went on a school bus to a nearby park and all the kids ran around, swinging, climbing and taking many, many trips to the water fountain. (she cannot walk by one and not take a drink, she's obsessed, really)
It was so much fun getting a small glimpse into her everyday life. I could tell she was so happy to have me there and even more happy that she got to come home early with me.
