Awww! Bud Bud turns 5 years old today. Wow, I can't believe we have had him almost 5 years. Once you get past the begging and food snatching, he really is the best little dog!
Tonight we will be spoiling him rotten with a pasta dinner and a couple of peanut butter treats. Ellie wants to make him a chocolate cake because "he loves chocolate". I'm sure it has nothing to do with her love of chocolate.
I have been a lazy slacker lately and forgot to hang up the Happy Birthday banner we made him last year and I forgot to get him a present, but really he didn't even touch the $15 ball I got him last year for his birthday, so why bother. All he wants is to chase his favorite ball down the hill about a million times and he's happy. So that's what we'll do.
