Last night at the dinner table, I said "So, what did you do at Mimi's today?"
Elle said "I did nothing."
A few minutes later she looks up from her plate and says " So...today I played with H and D at Mimi's house"
A few minutes after that "So...today when I was at Mimi's house..."
Something about it was funny to me, like she thought that every time she was going to tell us something, she had to start off with "So..."
The other day Elle was watching TV and I walked by her and out of nowhere she said "Mom. You call me Ellie and Daddy calls me Boo Boo" Yup, that's right, that's what we call you.
This morning she had the hiccups in the car. She said "My tummy hurts, I have the hiccups. When I get to Mimi's house I'm going to ask H to check my throat with the doctor bag and make my hiccups go away."
