On Sunday when we got home from our trip, I realized that Elle and I had not had an argument all weekend. We went four whole days without me losing my patience or her losing her temper. And then I realized that it was because we had nothing we had to do. There was no place we had to be. Nothing for me to rush around freaking out about. And today I realized that's almost always the times that we argue, when have to get dressed and out the door and I am all stressed, running around like a crazy mom.
I guess I need to do this more often, take some time off and just spend some time with her so we can hang out with each other. Its been nice just hanging out and not running around from place to place like we do all week long.
