Matthew has been asking to make the Ming Ming (from Wonder Pets) cupcakes for weeks. We finally did it!

I am staring at this picture of 3 smiling super tan kids about to eat some yummy cupcakes and I am about to burst into tears, as I sit in a room surrounded by IT people with no windows, no air and the strong smell of the "make your own taco bar" they have ordered for lunch and keep encouraging me to eat, not to mention my poor over-energized daughter who has not seen the sun all summer because her day care now has 2 screaming infants, so they never go outside to play. Wah...
