Power outage again in our neighborhood last night. I woke up to Wade hitting the fan asking me if I turned it off (in a very annoyed voice, I might add). Once I could actually open my eyes, I realized there were no lights on in the whole house. We both got up to look out the windows and see if our whole street had lost power and we crashed into each other in the dark. The good news is... Its not Winter, so the house was not freezing. I ironed my clothes last night so I don't look like a complete slob today, though my hair is doing something weird on the one side because I could not dry it. And I turned on the mini DVD player so Elle did not turn into a monster when she woke up and realized there was no TV to watch.
The bad news is...our dryer is supposed to get fixed today and the repair man is supposed to come between 8:00 and 1:00. The power is not supposed to be back on until 9, so chances are that guy will be knocking on our door at 8:05. Keep in mind that if we had power, he would not arrive until 1:05.
