When I dropped Elle off at Mimi's this morning, she told me that one of the kids was not coming today because she has pink eye but that the little girl's mom was still bringing her sister! What???!! Isn't that against the parent rules? If you are keeping one kid home, keep them both home. Don't spread that funk around for the rest of us to catch.
Most people know that I have a freakish obsession with having something in my eye. I am petrified of Pink Eye, its my Kryptonite. I cannot get Pink Eye in my house, ever! So when I kissed Ellie goodbye, I kept telling her not to touch the baby today because she has cooties. Real mature, I know.
