Doppelganger

By definition a Doppelganger is a ghostly double of a living person, but also refers to any look-alike or double of a person. We call them Bizarros.
I find this fascinating, that somewhere in the world, there is probably someone who looks just like you. I already know mine- we came out 2 minutes apart. Now, Wade and Wayne (that's Wade's twin for anyone who does not know) are not Bizarros. A guy I used to work with said that Wade looks just like Vince Vaughn...nice. I can't really say that he is Wade's Bizarro though. We are still looking for his.

Here are a few funny Bizarro discoveries:
My brother Mick has a Bizarro named John Creeden. They went to college together and are good friends. One time when Erin and I went to watch Mick in a crew race at GW, this guy comes walking up from the boat and for a second we thought it was Mick, but it was John. Our whole family calls him Bizarro.

Last summer or the summer before I was at the pool with my sister Kerry and I see this tall blond girl on the other side of the pool. So I tell Kerry she looks just like my sister-in-law Lisa (did I ever tell you this Lisa?). She agrees and tells me that she knows this girl and her name is Lisa too...weird!

I also have a few people that I work with who are Bizarros or have a Bizarro that I know.

So be on the lookout for yours, he or she could turn up anywhere!

Note: I had to call my Mom to remind me how many minutes apart Erin and I were born. Why can't I ever remember that?
