This year Wade was on the Harkins Builders team for the Catholic Charities Dragon Boat Races in the inner harbor. Friday night it poured rain which made for some pretty icky conditions in the team tent area. And race day was a super hot and humid day but that didn't stop our friends from coming to cheer Wade on and spend the day in Bmore!
The kids rode the carousel, played in the sand, drank about a million juice boxes, threw rocks in the zen garden, and Elle shook down some sweet couple for a balloon. The Harkins team did great, winning all but one race of the day.
Then we all went back to Dunwoody for some pizza and beers.
